This was our final stop in a 10 day trip around Kruger and the greater Kruger area and it was the absolute cherry on top of an amazing exploration. The location on the river is amazing and a dip in the pool looking out at passing wildlife is a true delight. What set this stay apart however was the game drives and our incredible guide Shannon. We were fortunate enough to be able.to see both wild dogs and in our final morning game drive two leopard cubs/eight months old. Shannon is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guides we have encountered in our travels around the world. Her capacity to find wildlife is remarkable and at the same time the respect she has for conservation.meant that we were able to see these rare creatures but without causing them stress. I would go back again in a heart beat and only wish we had been able to spend more time. Bed and room was comfortable. Food was plentiful and delicious.

Fantastic all round. Lovely setting. Room was really lovely and luxurious. Loved the lodges and different chill out places especially the outside bath to relax in
It was a small lodge providing personalised service. It was lovely sitting on the stoop/patio surrounded by bush. Animals and birdlife visiting during the day. Staff who were knowledgeable and a full day game drive was excellent with an experienced safari guide. The food was excellent and the chefs were well trained.
This lodge has the nicest vibe of all the lodges I've stayed in in the Sabi Sands / Timbivati / Kruger. The staff are so friendly and make a really special attempt to keep everyone engaged. We really appreciated that. It was also very good value for money with good rooms, airconditioning, and good homely food.
We loved our accommodations, which included two separate bedrooms, a sitting room and a kitchenette. The food was excellent. Service was excellent. The guided safaris with Michael were outstanding and exceeded all expectations. We saw the Big Five and much more in one day. We highly recommend the Kruger Adventure Lodge.
Sabie river bush lodge makes a real Safari experience affordable. The housing, the restaurant, the safaris, the staff… it’s a must. For the safaris ask for Frans.
We had very special trip and we were looking forward to have wonderful time at Klasserie. I had followed the lodge on social media and had an impression that it will be a good choice among similar lodges. However when I left the lodge after 2 days I had feeling that my experience was rather mediocre then pleasant. The facilities were good. spacious rooms, dining deck with views over open bush field and wildlife around were positive moments of our stay.
everything was included in the one price! Our game drivers were incredible and made sure we saw loads of animals. The rooms/ lodges were insane and the chef was on top form.
The lodges are beautiful, modern and well-equipped for a self-catering stay. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a great restaurant on site with a view over the river where we saw elephants and hippos. Great value for money and skilled safari guides. Highly recommend!
I loved everything about the lodge, its a perfect place to rest and enjoy nature, the luxury tent location was very quiet and we loved the sound of birds and the fact that its facing the bush, the staff were very friendly and helpful, also the safari drive was amazing we got to see all the big 5 and Mbuso our game driver explained everything we needed to know about the animals.
