Within 2 nights, we had 4 Game Drives and could see not only Zebras, Elephants, Giraffes, but also Leopard, Rhino, Cheetah - thanks to our great driver Devance. Food was also very nice and as the accommodation was without fence, we saw elephants drinking next to the pool and eating next to our tent.

Sure it is a tented camp, but that added to the allure of staying at Buffelshoek. The game drives were excellent, our driver knew his business, found every animal he said he would find. Asked for extra blankets, supplied immediately.

The camp has no fences, so wild animals might stroll around, which makes it extra special. Our guide for the game drives was amazing and funny. We saw 4 of the Big 5 even though the weather was quite bad. The jeep has no roof, which is an advantage compared to other lodges, when it comes to game sighting and safari feeling. The food was delicious too. To sum it up, great camp!
