Newly remodeled building with an excellent location. In the heart of CDMX. Roma, Condesa, and Polanco neighborhoods. Transportation to these areas is easy and affordable. It is also near commercial areas and restaurants. There is a convenience store very close by. We are professionals in managing apartments, and we make sure that you are happy in our place. We are here to serve you and have a lot of experience Due to the thickness of the building's walls, Wi-Fi works great on most devices. However, please note that on some devices with different antennas, the Wi-Fi signal may not reach the bedrooms. Our guests rave about the convenience of the location, with easy access to subway and bus stations, as well as a 24-hour convenience store downstairs for all your momentary needs. We are located just a short walk from Parque Delta mall, which has a range of stores, groceries, banks, and movie theaters We have identical apartments in the same building with different furnishing styles or colors, all of the same high quality shown in the photos. We offer clothes washing service with additional charge
