The room is spacious, very clean and I really liked the design. The bed is very comfortable. TV has Netflix, I give that a huge plus. The staff is very friendly.

Was very clean and everything is new.Staff was very nice. We were staying few days and came back again for 2 weeks. Because of the staff. Manager Memo was super friendly. And showed us everything was super helpful and staying there was very comfortable. He speaks English because we changed many hotels rarely can find managers who can speak English. I think he is the best manager. We thought he’s owner even. Also guys from the bar was super nice and friendly. When I will visit Mexico City again for sure I’ll come back here. ♥️

This is the perfect place to catch your plane without worrying about rush hour traffic or if you just want cheaper accomodations than you find in the trendier areas. The apartment is older but it is quite comfortable with a full stock of extra goodies that are quite reasonably priced like bottled water. The bed was comfy, the desk area was great, and the water was hot. The owner is very helpful and sent a video of how to access the keys. He also lives there so if you need anything, he can help. I had an item to return to a previous lodging and he was kind enough to make sure it got back to them even tho' I was 33 pesos short of the estimated price. Maybe we were just lucky but we found it to be very quiet.

The location is also something to take into account because the place is surrounded by amazing restaurants and boutiques. He arranged transfer for us on arrival, passed the keys and showed the flat. He knew we travelled with a cat and even arranged cat food and cat litter. The apartment was very modern, clean and quiet, really close to the airport (7-10 min drive). At 05:00 AM (!) he helped us with Uber, and even helped to carry a very heavy suitcase though we asked him not to bother. It was a loft -- one long room consisting of an entrance, a kitchen area with a table, living room area with a sofa, and a double bed. The wall on one side is effectively a huge closet with different compartments, including some shelves, a launderette, and two small bathrooms. The wifi connection was good. The building is relatively new and the district (Polanco) is very fancy and safe.
