About 85 years ago, it was established as "Shiga Hutte". Digging hot springs, repeatedly refurbished and became the current "Kidoike Onsen Hotel". There is a lake "Kidoike" in front of the hotel, and you can play with snow in the mountain "Kidoike" next to the hotel. And pointed as a departure / resting point of "Nature explorationing course" which is one of several trekking courses within Shiga Kogen. The temperature in my hotel area is 10 degrees Celsius lower than the town at the foot. As the springy flowers germinate in colorfully at a stretch after a little long ski season, the summer became a summer resort to forget the hustle and then the entire plateau in order a little earlier It is dyed in red · yellow and autumn leaves, and it can be experienced extraordinary throughout the year, wrapped in the world of the silver in a shiny silver world. The hot spring is a 100% pure hot spring, and the two sources with different temperature are mixed in the hot water sump just before the tub and adjusted to the proper temperature.
Our staff is based on a stance not forgetting "hospitality" to all people who come to "Kidoike", and there are many staff who respond friendly and like family.
In the spring and autumn, steaming steam comes out on the lake, creating a fantastic space. Enjoy "No preparation BBQ (reservation required)" at the lake surroundings and landings, and we also operate a boat during the green season. You can play with ducks and carp in the lake, enjoy a dialogue with "Shira Kaba" "Dake Kanba" and "Colorful flowers". 7 minutes by car to the branch point "Hasuike" heading for "Ichinose" "Mt.Higashidate" "Oku shiga", 4 minutes by car to "Hotaru Onsen" "Kumanoyu" and "Mt.Yokote Lift Station", and "Shibutouge" with the skylator (Green Season only ) Is 15 minutes by car. Ideal as a base for planning to fully enjoy Shiga Kogen. Of course it is also a great base for skiing.
