We had to check in early due to an unexpected storm. The hosts were very understanding and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the guesthouse was well-equipped with everything we need. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. The best part was that we were rewarded with the beautiful view of the snow mountains when we drove out of the accomms after being stuck indoors due to the storm.

The hostel itself was quiet when we arrived there was only other couple staying. Everything was clean and nothing was missing. Despite the hostel looking old it was good value for money. When we stayed it was quiet and everything was there make our meals and make ourselves comfortable. Also we were pleasantly surprised by early working geothermal pool nearby. It was great way to start the day!

A Icelandic host, who gave us a call to let us know the Northern Light was going on.
