Väldigt fina rum och ”vardagsrummet” med baren där man kunde skapa egna drinkar var en upplevelse. Frukosten är toppen!

It felt both luxurious, and as though we were visiting the Contessa, as a family friend. The staff was fantastic; helpful on all topics. The breakfast plentiful, and the lattes is delicious. The beds were very comfortable!

Hotel Milù har ett oslagbart läge i hjärtat av Florens historiska centrum med vacker utsikt över staden och bergen från takterrassen. Hotellet ligger bara 400 meter från Uffizierna och Ponte Vecchio. The stay in Milu hotel was great! All staffs of hotel are very kind and willing to make guest comfortable. Location is very good for the access to station and hot spots of the city. Room seems newly renovated as room/building condition looks new and clean. Housekeeping, breakfast is very good. I strongly recommend to stay this hotel for those who wants to visit Firenze. . I loved to stay this hotel and strongly recommend.

Bra stort rum i två våningar med två stora badrum. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Läget perfekt.

Set in a 19th-Century historical palazzo in the centre of Florence, Helvetia&Bristol Firenze – Starhotels Collezione is 5 minutes’ walk from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Great location in the heart of Florence, all the attractions were at walking distance. Big rooms amazingly decorated which applies to the entire location. Once you stay here, you can’t experience Florence again in a different location. The staff was always welcoming and with a smile on their face, really helpful and kind. Staying here completed wonderfully the entire experience.
