Relatively good location and breakfast. The room was pretty large and comfy. Simple but functional, with nice bathroom, AC and fridge. The staff was also friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the receptionist made us feel truly welcome upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast provided was enjoyable and set us up well for the day ahead. Overall, a highly satisfactory experience and we would happily return in the future.

A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. Ada and Sergio are very kind and helpful people and probably the best hosts out there, the room was super clean and spacious, with the most comfortable beds and pillows! The location is perfect, very close by walk to everything you need to visit. If I come back to Florence I'd definitely come back here again.
