Excellent breakfast. Location is 30 minutes from Venice center, at a rural area. Be careful and recheck with the coach driver, since there are two different roadway itinerarys for line 53 bus, I mean, there are 2 possible routes. There is a perfect stop just in front of the hotel and the other one is approximately 70m from the hotel in the highway.

Ca’ Leone is an absolute dream! In a separate side building of their beautiful country house, the owners facilitate 2 apartments. Each apartment is for 2 people only, so imagine the calm and peaceful stay you will have. The ground floor apartment (called Regina Vittoria) is the one we stayed in and comes with all facilities you can think of: airconditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, clean towels, a spacious bed and not unimportant; mosquito nets in front of all the windows. The apartment right above ours on the first floor is pretty much the same and is called Sans Souci. The well maintained garden has a very large pool that is cleaned every day, comfortable pool beds with pillows and 2 separate gazebo’s (so every couple can have their own outdoor breakfast/dinner sitting area). It’s almost unbelievable that we only had to share it with 2 other people! The 2 owners are the most sweet and caring people you can imagine. They will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Never intrusive, always respectful. With only the sound of some frogs at night and still really close to Venice, Padova and other nice villages, this is a perfect place to stay. Supermarket at less than 1 km, same goes for fresh coffee :) We hope to come back here 1 day!

The hosts were really nice to us, we felt like at home. The bed was really comfortable, and we got more than enough towels. The stay was a nice last day touch to our 15 day roadtrip across Italy before returning back to Slovenia. Venice is really close by car, and the restaurant next door is 10/10 (you need a reservation).

the owner was very help full and kind. she helped us in using the public transfers, finding mechanic to fix your car and recomended the places to visit in the area, very good breakfast. near by Veniza it took 30min with car to reach it.

The infrastructure (bed, bathroom, room) as well as the location are very good (peaceful, strategically connected to Venezia, safe and clean). The hospitality is exceptional because Lorenzo, the owner, runs the place with passion, giving attention to all details and offering services (cleaning) and products (breakfast) at a very high quality. I just can not recommend enough this place and Lorenzo. Thank you for the great stay!

The bus stop is in front of the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to Piazale Roma (beware that only half of the buses 53E use this stop, others are traveling through the village of Malcontenta and the stop is a little bit further (6-7mins by foot). The host is really nice, helping and with good sense of humor. The room was big,clean, quiet with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Marco was the most helpful host we've ever had, helping to sort transport and other things. The setting is just beautiful; peaceful countryside, orange trees, perfectly kept garden. The apartment was huge with everything we could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay.
