If you are looking for the perfect stay near Makarska than look no further! The building is brand new and it is absolutely stunning - the design is very sleek and modern, everything is decorated with taste and super super clean. Our apartment was huuge with lots of space, two balconies and a view towards the sea and sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The pool is a very nice addition if you don't want to spend every day at the beach. There is also a small gym in the basement. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and everything freshly prepared. The staff was also super friendly, always making sure that everything was fine. The building is located just 2 minutes away from the Promajna beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so everything is close by. And if you wish to visit the nearby Makarska in the evening, it takes just 10-15 minutes by car. The building also has free parking - both in front and in the parking garage.

Todo era genial,hay que destacar la amabilidad del chico que nos atendió,fue muy amable y correcto,las indicaciones cuando llegamos y la rapidez en atendernos,muy simpatico. El Arancini Residence se encuentra a menos de 1 km de la playa de Malé Vrulje y ofrece alojamiento, restaurante, piscina al aire libre de temporada, centro de fitness, spa y bar. Llegamos por la noche al hotel y no había agua caliente en la habitación. Lo indicamos en recepción y no pudieron solucionarlo. Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua prácticamente fría. A la mañana siguiente nos teníamos que marchar y seguía el problema. Pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y no tenían. No nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de reembolso ni compensación, pese a haber pagado por unos servicios que no recibimos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Super friendly owner, beautiful view and great amenities (pool, jacuzzi, lounge spaces etc). Close to the beach, about 15mins walk to the busy area, but that was fine. Fantastic place overall 👍

The host was very kind and the apartment was spotless clean and equipped very well. Everything in it is brand new. The location of the apartment is perfect, you need less than 2 min to get to the beach and your private parking and supermarket are within 50 meters. I would definitely recommend Felix facilities to everybody!

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay at Aparthotel Flora Tucepi. It had nice facilities, welcoming and helpful staff and great peaceful location. We particularly liked our spacious and clean apartment and nice breakfast next to the pool area. The place had all it promised on the booking. Highly recommended for people who enjoy peace and comfort!
