The location is ideal. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was really good. When I extend my stay for another night, first I've been told I will have to move to another room, but in the morning they surprised me by making some rearrangements and letting me stay in the first room, which I was very happy with. The pool was also a big plus and it was never crowded. I will definitely come back to Verica!

Everything was great! The host was very kind and the apartment was spotless clean and equipped very well. Everything in it is brand new. The location of the apartment is perfect, you need less than 2 min to get to the beach and your private parking and supermarket are within 50 meters. I would definitely recommend Felix facilities to everybody!

If you are looking for the perfect stay near Makarska than look no further! The building is brand new and it is absolutely stunning - the design is very sleek and modern, everything is decorated with taste and super super clean. Our apartment was huuge with lots of space, two balconies and a view towards the sea and sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The pool is a very nice addition if you don't want to spend every day at the beach. There is also a small gym in the basement. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and everything freshly prepared. The staff was also super friendly, always making sure that everything was fine. The building is located just 2 minutes away from the Promajna beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so everything is close by. And if you wish to visit the nearby Makarska in the evening, it takes just 10-15 minutes by car. The building also has free parking - both in front and in the parking garage.

Estuvimos en un apartamento súper espacioso, luminoso, con muy buenas vistas al mar y piscina privada en la terraza compartida con el apartamento de al lado. Cocina completa y baño muy nuevo. Parking en el mismo resort y la playa justo en frente.

Everything - it was directly across from the beach, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, big and beautiful, and terrace had a lovely view.

The apartment is located in Hotel Central Beach 9, on the top floor, so the location is incredible, right above the promenade and above the beach. The view is priceless. The apartment was very modern, it had a great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a kitchen ... although you don't really need it because all the restaurants are right below the apartment. Recommendations from the heart
