The location is perfect for people who need a peaceful and relaxing stay. Rooms were comfortable, with their own bathroom, clean and overlooking a stream, in beautiful countryside! One can see ducks, gees, and swans around the place. We came in late, but the host greeted us kindly in the middle of the night.

Our bedroom was upstairs, under the beams of the roof, having a kitchenette installed in the room, and a separate shower/toilet next door. Very quiet and comfortable, we slept very well. But the charm of the unspoiled nature setting, on top of the hill, in a small village with just a few houses and the lovely old barns in the courtyard, reminding us of the country living traditions of yesteryears made this a nice memorable stop for us.

The bed is good and bed sheets are clean. Gas station in the village is ok. Fuel is much more cheaper, they have good coffee and pastry.

The host talked us through the house when we called upon arrival, he was very friendly and helpful. There was wine and fruit in the house when we got there. Lastly, the view was so amazing, we couldn't get enough of it. We enjoyed our stay of four days thoroughly and would recommend Villa Zupan to everyone who's looking for a quiet place with a great view.

We were just looking for cheap accomodation for one night in that zone and this place was ok for 1 night. When we arrived the place was closed, so we had to call them (we speak Slovenian) and they arrived quite quickly. The room was big, basic, but fine, plenty of sockets to recharge phones, the place is very quiet, there's a friendly horse nearby, 2 cats and a family of storks at the main street junction!

At the same time is very close to the highway which makes it comfortable if you want to take a rest and relax in you way. There is a vast parking. The rooms are spacious and quiets.
