Free WiFi is provided in the entire hotel, which is less than 1 km from St. I find the hotel is well located near train stations. The staff was very helpful and polite and multi-lingual which was very helpful. The restaurant has good food at reasonable prices and the servers were very nice and polite. I recommend this hotel for Rome vacation trips or any stay.

I have stayed at Crossroad Hotel several times. The location is perfect, the rooms are simple but smartly designed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be putting full body mirrors somewhere in the room, as they are always useful. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and a second mirror is always good to have specially if you are travelling with someone else.

It is fully equipped and we could easily stay there for a whole month. It's not in the center of the city, but this is not a problem; the metro station is close enough, the bus station is even closer. Moreover, the neighborhood has plenty restaurants and bars. We highly recommend it!
