Apartemendis on peretoad.... I loved the communication with the owners, spoke v. good English and was ready to call/video call to answer any questions and resolve any issues. Friendly, smiley, lovely :)

The location is good (despite the distance to the tourist attractions of Rome). The host provided useful information.

Terrassi ja konditsioneeriga majutusasutus {Free Parking} asub Roomas, 1,1 km kaugusel Laurentina metroojaamast ja 1,6 km kaugusel EUR Fermi metroojaamast. The facility is perfect, absolutely perfect, I spent a few days there with my family and for sure if I have the opportunity I would like to go back there. The owner Fabio, very nice and friendly. Staying at this facility was a pleasure, the facility deserves a rating of 11 or more.

The apartment is located in a quiet street about 500 meters from the terminus of the metro line B (Laurentina). Travel time to the center of Rome is about 25 minutes. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a department store, a bakery, a pharmacist and some good restaurants (for example Stile Osteria). The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a large living room with terrace, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is air conditioning in the living room. The Wifi functioned well. The owner is very friendly. On our arrival he offered us a box of chocolates. He had also provided a sufficient supply of capsules for the coffee machine at no extra charge. On our departure, he took us to the airport on payment of a proper fee which we offered to him ourselves.

Majutusruumidel on rõdu ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus.... We loved the email communication from the owners prior to arrival and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and had many conveniences to make the stay enjoyed. It's a short walk to the buses and train so made getting around easy. We stayed there for 5 nights as our son was playing rugby across a number of rugby stadiums.

We spent here 4 days because of our 25. anniversary of our marriage. The place is quiet, at the end of some estate, with view on the park; very relaxing after visiting centre of Rome. We expirienced a local Italian life, without tourists, visiting local shops, pizzeria, enjoying local planszowa and animals - for example wild living green parrots.

The apartment is very spacious and has big balcony. It is located in typical Rome residential area where rarely you can spot any tourist. Metro is 8 mins on foot, supermarket 2 mins. I was here with kids and the stay was very comfortable. What kids remember from stay at most is 'un cornetto con latte' - Italian breakfast included in the price served just nearby. The host is very polite and kind.
