This family-run guest house in in Nordurfjördur village offers basic rooms in a converted barn, as well as modern self-service cottages. Krossnes Geothermal Pool is 0.6 mi away. This was our favorite accommodation in the Westfjords. First of all, the price matched the quality, which allowed to accommodate two couples. We enjoyed the sounds of the sea coming from the ocean and the swim at nearby thermal natural pool. Thank you for this opportunity to stay at your place, it was a fantastic night at your lodge.

Located in Drangsnes in the Vesturland region, Hvammur 2 Bjarg with private hot tub provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Wonderful cottages, equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy dinner in a super nice environment. Hot tube was fantastic, cottages are spread far from each other; the views are unbelievable, a little paradise in the nature. The owners were super nice to give us a second cottage at a friendly price because the 2 bed room one was allready booked. On top, they allowed us to stay till 4PM as we had an unforeseen issue with out car. We will certainly come back!

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The vacation home has a picnic area and a hot tub. This was one of the most beautiful stays while travelling Iceland. It is set pretty much in the middle of nature and the house was quite big for two people and nicely furnished. The hot tub with naturally hot water was also just an incredible add-on. Would absolutely go there again and also for longer.

Overall the stay was amazing. We can’t recommend enough to visit Hólmavík and stay at Finna Hotel over the winter time. Perfect stay to split up the drive from Reykjavík to the Westfjords. First off the staff was super friendly and flexible, check in took no time at all. The room was really cosy. The view was amazing, easy to heat up or cool down the room. The bed was really comfortable and it was so nice to be able to make yourself a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning (or tea in the evening) and watch the sun rise over the harbour.

Gistihús Hólmavíkur features free WiFi throughout the property and views of sea in Hólmavík. The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the... The location was terrific. The host Inge was extraordinarily friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed the dining room for drinks at night and breakfast in the morning. We also had a great hike in the hills above Holmavik.
