Featuring a private beach area, Three Gables Boutique Villa is located in Mirissa, 4.3 km from Whale Watching Mirissa. This was by far our favorite hotel experience ever. We travel a lot and love to stay in special places and Three Gables was perfect from every point of view possible. We found this place through a friend who saw we were traveling through Sri Lanka and reached out to make sure we would stay here before we left: it’s that memorable of a place that our friend really wanted to make sure we stay here. He was so right! The location was stunning; the hotel is on the beach, and we could see sunrise and sunset and have beautiful walks. The room was perfect, it had all the comforts we could wish for. The food was the best we had in Sri Lanka by far and there was so much attention to detail. The best part of the hotel, and which made all the difference, was the impeccable service. If I could give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars in service, it would still be an understatement. Dinuka, our food & beverage manager, took excellent care of us and was always reachable. Suresh, the general manager, ensured we had a beautiful stay. Chef Nalaka, who created most of the fantastic food and was with whom we did a cooking class, was incredible. Chaturanga and the rest of the staff were always attentive and cared for us.

Villa Océane is set in Mirissa and features a pool with a view and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Great and quiet spot on Mirissa beach.

Featuring a balcony with garden views, an infinity pool and an open-air bath, Saltasia Boutique Beach Villa can be found in Mirissa, close to Thalaramba Beach and less than 1 km from Mirissa Beach. The staff were really friendly and the villa was really clean and comfortable. Pool had the perfect temperature. Breakfast was really delicious too.

A recently renovated property, Breeze Blows- Solitude Holiday Home is set in Matara near Matara Beach, Polhena Beach and Madiha Beach. Very comfortable. Good mosquito nets! The property has an excellent bathroom, lovely bed, laundry facilities, kitchen, fridge and freezer, good WiFi, powerful fans. 100% happy ! The hostess was charming, and her local knowledge very helpful. We had THE BEST time here.

A few steps from Dickwella Beach, Kaas Villas is a recently renovated property situated in Dickwella and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

Set just 200 metres from Thalaramba Beach, Shanika Guest & Villa features accommodation in Mirissa with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The house is clean, well-decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is simple but good. The balcony is very nice to take meals and relax. The location is perfect on the main road. I’d recommend

Featuring garden views, Ru Retreat Weligama offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 800 metres from Weligama Beach. We stayed in the unit for 2 weeks and it was a great experience! The owners are always happy to help and the unit was clean and cozy. There is a very good AC which is important in Sry Lanka and there is a small grocery store right across the street so you can get water and basic foods without carrying it. Overall it was great value for money and we highly recommend it!!

Located within 700 metres of Weligambay Beach and 34 km of Galle International Cricket Stadium in Mirissa, Family Villa Mirissa provides accommodation with seating area. We spent a few days with family and it was really great. Clean room, nice yard and kitchen where you can prepare food. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend this place and these people. In the future we are back :)

Pahasara Villa, a property with a garden, is set in Mirissa, 1.1 km from Kamburugamuwa Beach, 1.6 km from Mirissa Beach, as well as 36 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They took extra care to make our stay comfortable. We felt like they were our extended family. They made food for us which was very tasty and clean.
