A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

Offering inner courtyard views, Casa Valentina 1 is an accommodation set in Perugia, 4.8 km from Perugia Cathedral and 5 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Casa vacanze Castiglione - 4 posti letto is located in Castiglione della Valle, 36 km from Train Station Assisi, 17 km from Perugia Train Station, as well as 19 km from Corso Vannucci. This apartment seemed a little to good to be true, but it was inexpensive and so I thought worth taking the risk. The place was just delightful; cozy, clean, comfortable. Mostly the hosts were just amazing. I definitely recommend this rental.

Situated in Orvieto and only 400 metres from Duomo Orvieto, Book and Bed features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. What an absolute gem of a place! Everything was simply perfect. The location is excellent and the facilities had everything we needed. But the best part was the books! It was amazing to be surrounded by all the lovely books and we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Casa Patrizia is situated in Orvieto, 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, 41 km from Bomarzo - The Monster Park, as well as 47 km from Villa Lante. Comfortable and a great location! We wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully designed and decorated apartment right in town. Minutes to all the sites in Orvieto. Ground level, so no stairs to climb. The owner was very friendly. He doesn’t speak English but it worked out fine with my bad Italian and google translate. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s a great choice!
