This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Book and Bed está en Orvieto, a 19 km de Civita di Bagnoregio, a 41 km de Parque de los Monstruos de Bomarzo y a 46 km de Villa Lante. What an absolute gem of a place! Everything was simply perfect. The location is excellent and the facilities had everything we needed. But the best part was the books! It was amazing to be surrounded by all the lovely books and we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Comfortable and a great location! We wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully designed and decorated apartment right in town. Minutes to all the sites in Orvieto. Ground level, so no stairs to climb. The owner was very friendly. He doesn’t speak English but it worked out fine with my bad Italian and google translate. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s a great choice!

This place is truly amazing, the views are amazing, the place is clean, rooms well equipped, the owners are really helpful. Truly nothing to flaw it was a wonderful stay both our kids and us loved it
