The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

The property is not within the city centre but even so I would recommend it for those who have a car because it’s very close to the city. It is an amazing small house with a beautiful green garden. My stay there was one of the best I have ever experienced. Super clean and neat, the owner was very nice, the shower is very modern and everything was comfortable and cozy. It is definitely worth 10 stars!!

Gististaðurinn Dwelling Zara er með grillaðstöðu og er staðsettur í Solèminis, í 20 km fjarlægð frá Sardinia-alþjóðavörusýningunni, í 17 km fjarlægð frá Monte Claro-garðinum og í 18 km fjarlægð frá... The host Valter was super friendly. He even gave us some of his fruit on the second day of our stay. He was flexible about the time we arrived. It was very late and he did not mind us arriving late. The shower pressure was great. The water was hot. The apartment was spacious for two with everything we could need.

We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

Agriturismo Dolceluna Le Capanne er staðsett í 1,3 km fjarlægð frá San Giovanni-ströndinni og býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með verönd. I love the view, the silence, the spotlessly cleaning, the scented plants all around, the short distance from the beach ⛱️ the short distance from the restaurant where you can eat the best Sardinian food at the McDonald's charge and the kindness of the host Andrea. Can't wait to get back here again.

The room was superb. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, every day. Great location in the old town, close to the train station, buses and taxis. Communication from the owner was excellent. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, as well as breakfast supplies. Normally we would stay in a hotel, but after this experience we would look at rooms as well.
