Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we wer met right beside the apartment and the gentleman who showed us the apartment was just amazing, we stayed for New Years eve and few more days after that and it was just amazing. Apartment itself was spacious, really clean, all the amanities you could ask for and then more, and just so close to all the main tourist attractions, not to mention the Colloseum right on its doorsteps. Would return 100%.

A perfect spot as you can easily bus or train to Rome and it is a short bus ride up the hill to Tivoli. Easy parking and straightforward to find. Stefano was a superb host. He was friendly and welcoming and contacted us during our stay to check we were all OK. The unit is private and set up beautifully. We highly recommend staying at Cozy House!

She came to greet me and set me up for dinner at the best pizza place. She then drove me to the cruise port in the morning!! Michaela is about the nicest hostess I have met! The apartment is clean and has everything one or two guests need!
