The second stay was like coming home. We plan to return next year.

The apartment is extremely clean, modern, with very good interior design, a perfect terrace (surprisingly, even if in the centre with a view to a lot of greenery), comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Located in a centre but quiet, in very close proximity to two excellent restaurants and very close to more or less everything. The host is very friendly, helpful. I am constant client of Booking.com and this is by far the best accomodation I had so far.

Nice location directly in the city center; therefore you can reach most facilities within a five to ten minute walk. Although I was a solo traveler, this property comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a kitchen of good size and the owner also kindly provided a bottle of water. It was about a 30-40 minute from the airport which I would recommend taking if you’re not traveling with a hell lot of luggage, as you pass by the famous end of the airport’s runaway and the scenic port.

This trip was for my 40th birthday and the house was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was amazing and the trip went of without a hitch! I would definitely recommend book here, and will definitely book it again.

Terrassiga LIVADAKI COTTAGE asub Skiathose linnas, Väikesest Troulose rannast vähem kui 1 km ja Katharina rannast 18-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Everything was wonderful, when we return to Skiathos we will definitely stay here. A chic villa well positioned on the island, with privacy and close to everything you need nearby. The owner, Ioana, helped us with absolutely everything we needed.

Very nice little cottage in the hills above Skiathos town. Nicely decorated with every amenity you would need for a comfortable, more rustic stay. A steep climb until the house so it's better if you have a car (parking included). A more closer-to-nature stay close to hiking trails and the wonderful Evagelistria monastery.

An amazing villa in a fabulous position. Even better than the photos. Close to some really super bars and restaurants. Christos was there to meet us even though it was late and our flight was delayed.
