It somehow manages to be simultaneously elegant and homey. We will be recommending Ventana Bay Resort to family and friends and will definitely be returning.

My original room was kind of small and the hot water didn't work, but the owner moved me to a nice large room overlooking the water with it's own boiler and it was great. On the weekends things got busy and a little noisy, but during the week it was super quiet there and I was able to just walk out in front of the hotel to the self launch and kite all day, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. We awoke to the sound of birds chirping and loved having coffee on our little terrace with water views. So private and unique! The beach was wonderful. Enjoyed kayaking and the stand up paddleboards.
