The house is perfect for a family, many beds and rooms, the garden is small but there is everything you need. The pictures show the rality. Daniele and his family are so nice and help in everything if you need. The kitchen is well equipped , the two bathroom and wc are so good, there is no aircondition but if you close everything during the day, than it is ok. The house is close to Lucca by car , the sea is in 20 min by car and a Carefour is in 3 min walk from the house. It was a perfect holiday, thank you so much Daniele!!! :)

Owner and their family was super kind and more than helpful! Even when i had some problem with my car they glady helped out, on the next morning to communicate with the locals, so i got my car back working really quick :) They responded quickly every time and also made some nice recommendations for the area. Instructions about the house were also on paper and really good and clear. They also opened the garden shed where the washing machine is located and even said the grill with coal is for free usage!

Very new, spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation. The host and his family were always available in case we needed something and checked themselves whether everything was in order. But at the same time they were very discreet. In addition to the beautiful small house we lived in, we also had a large garden with sunbeds and our own terrace with seating and a grill available to us. Parking right in front of the house on your own land is also no problem. The house does not have Wi-Fi, but this is all stated in the description and, on the contrary, it leads to an even better rest from the surrounding world. Big cities - Lucca and Pisa are very close to reach. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations!
