We arrived by rental car at Boutique Hotel Borgo Hedone on June 28 to stay for 5 days. Before arrival we were contacted by the hotel who directed us free parking down town. The hotel is located on the hillside overlooking the historic and attractive Scicli. The luggage and us were transported up to the reception by tuctuc for check-in. Always fast and efficient service. The rooms are located on terraces on the hillside, but it only takes 4-5 minutes to walk down to the center with bars, taverns, restaurants and supermarket. Our room was equipped with wifi, electrical outlets close to the bed fog charging, refrigerator, coffee maker, well-functioning air conditioning and plenty of closet space for luggage. You do not have to travel far to cool off in the summer heat, there are 2 pools and a plateau with sun loungers one minute walk from the room. The breakfast buffet was perfect and contains what one needs for a successful start to the day. Maybe a glass of wine up by the pool in the afternoon? The bathroom and shower are of a high standard and met all our requirements. The same with cleaning. Under the leadership of Ivan, all staff provided very good service to all guests and we heard no one complaining. Thanks Ivan!

The stay truly was exceptional. The hostess, Ludovica, is helpful with anything you need. The place is beautiful with a nice view, clean with all the necessary facilities, but also coffee, three towels, water... and the decor made me feel like a princess. Ludovica even let me keep my things in the apartment for a few extra hours after check-out, which was sweet of her. Felt like home, will definitely come back.
