Everything was excellent, View, instructions bedrooms kitchen. and access to the beach. they provided some water and some breakfast items for the morning which was very helpful. you could walk in to town very easy.

We struggled a little to find the accommodation but once we were there the instructions given were perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, lovely terrace with all the required facilities. Excellent restaurant next door, a lovely stay.

Amazing host! She was so lovely, great communication, gave us a welcoming gift basket full of biscuits and a Bellini, was able to give us a ride to the train station for free, which we really appreciated. Property is very pretty, clean, spacious for two people, peaceful and cosy, slept very well. Also perfect location: 1min walk (or even less) to the beach, 5min walk to the supermarket, 1min walk to gelato and bars, few minutes walk to great restaurants! We walked everywhere in Sant’Elia, everything is so close. No complaints:) made our holidays the best and worry-free.

The property is as it looks in the pictures, immaculate and very tastefully done. Everything one need to make the stay comfortable is available and in abundance. We were welcomed by one of Giorgio’s relative, Laura and Onofrio who were very warm and spoke perfect English. Laura had awesome tips on where to shop and a few good recommendations on restaurants. Giorgio had organized for some Italian groceries for us, so that we did need to rush out shopping on arrival. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge bbq , Rooms very clean and clean sheets and towels in plentiful. The location has its own access to the sea, a small gym area and equipment for SUP, Kanu, snorkeling etc. Giorgio was always available when we needed help, which we didn’t need much to be honest.

There is plenty of free off street parking directly opposite the villas and good access to main roads to access Palermo, Trapani and Cefalú
