Stunning sea views from rooftop, terrace and windows - absolutely amazing. Clean rooms, equipped kitchen, private parking, bbq and outdoor shower - it has everything you need. No joke, you'll wish you could stay there forever! The owners are beyond nice, welcoming and good-hearted people. It's been our second stay there, we already booked our third trip and we'll be definitely coming back again and again. Book this villa before it's gone, you won't regret it!

The villa is a very comfortable place to relax. It is situated by itself, with a beautiful view over agricultural landscape, hills, mountains and the sea. We watched both sunset and moonrise from the roof terrace, enjoyed the silence, the outdoor kitchen and not least the pool! It was also surprisingly short way to a really wonderful beach (we used Lido Greg). The owner, Franscesco is very flexible, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed a trip to the olive farm of Franscesco Farina, a friend of the owner, who offered a trip and olive oil and wine tasting at his company Essensily nearby Balestrate. We had a beautiful and spacious apartment with a large terrace that has sea views. There was a good swimming pool in the garden, shared with one other apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality tableware. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a short distance from the beaches at Alcamo Marina and easy driving distance to Trapani and the archeological sites of Segesta. We would certainly consider renting this property again if we were in this region of Sicily. The host, Davide, is very friendly and helpful.

The outdoor area is spacious and decently equipped. During our stay we had some minor issues, however these were promptly taken care of by the agency. The response time of the agency is almost immediate and there was always someone ready to assist with any issues.

It is a beautiful location with sea views from the infinity pool. The villa is spacious, very neat and all comfort is available. With two spacious terraces (one with sea view) you can enjoy shade all day long. Fabricio is an excellent host who responds quickly to all questions. We had a problem with the internet and he immediately sent a technician to fix it. We hope to come back again...IgnaceFamily with young children
