Villa Kalic was just amazing! Our booking was quite spontaneous as we had troubles with our initially booked house. So, even though there were only 60 minutes between booking and check in, everything was perfect! The house was absolute clean and nicely decorated. Barbara, who is the owner of the house, was lovely! She even prepared a little snack for us, even though our arrival was quite surprising. We spent 1 amazing week in their “Villa Kalic”. On Thursday, Barbara and her husband (and daughter) came to take care of the waste, grass and pool. The whole family was super kind and they even brought us some fresh tomatoes from their garden :-) What we really liked about Villa Kalic: - the villa is completely disability friendly. Even though we have no disabilities, this is a nice pro - every bedroom has its own bathroom with enough towels and a hair dryer - every room has its own air condition (which works perfectly!!!) - you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the house (nice decoration, open kitchen/living room) - enough parking lots IN the property - there is a wall/fence surrounding the house/garden/parking lot. This was perfect for us since we had our dog with us - the pool was clean and had a nice temperature, not too warm but also not too cold - fitness room, trampoline and ping-pong equipment were available, but we didn’t use it since it was too hot for us :-) Hope to be there again next year!

Is was a wonderful holiday in croatia. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The garden is big and well groomed. We loved the pool and the nature around. The house is close to a lot of destinations in istria. Perfect for a family or a couple. Thank you Sanja & Vedran for all your efforts. You have been a very enganged host for us.

The villa is absolutely lovely, fully equipped with everything you might need. It is immaculately clean, as are the grounds. What pushes the property over the top mark are the incredibly welcoming hosts, who take excellent care of you from arrival to departure. We had a truly wonderful family holiday here.

This is a lovely house in a nice quiet location, which was perfect for our family holiday and to explore Istria by car. The house was a good size, and the small swimming pool was a welcome bonus during the heat of the summer. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and the BBQ area and outdoor dinner table were perfect for us. Aside from the neighbour's dogs getting excited whenever someone drove by, the place was lovely and quiet and was only a few minutes' drive to Svetvinčenat, where there are some lovely restaurants and a supermarket.

We had a very nice stay for four of us. The facility is relatively new and very stylishly furnished. The pool is very nice, with lighting. In 10 minutes by car there is a nice konoba with typical local food. The central location is great for exploring Istria.

    Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die lage war super, alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
