We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Kastania. Maria and her family are quite possibly the most hospitable and welcoming people we have ever met. They received us in person, were extremely accommodating and even prepared multiple homemade snacks and meals for us. The property is beautiful (more beautiful even than the pictures would suggest), fully renovated and in perfect state, with all necessary amenities (including airco). There are multiple terraces to relax on, with gorgeous views of the gardens and the surroundings, which are beautiful and peaceful considering the location of the property in a tiny mountain town. We would not hesitate to stay at Villa Kastania again if we were to return to Crete in the future.

We had perfect holiday in this wonderful accommodation surrounded by olive trees forest, 20-25 min. drive from Chania. The villa is located in the hills and you must have a car to reach it, but luckily there are many affordable rent a car opportunities on Crete. Excellent opportunity to explore the small villages in the area and all beautiful attractions of the Chania region and Rethymno.

Beautiful Villa! There is everything you need. Two bedrooms,kitchen, living room and dining room.Beautiful patio and sun patio on the roof.Stunning view to the magnificent mountains.What a lovely place! Nice quiet village. if you need rest and peace this is your place! Highly recommend!

It’s really excellent and amazing! Serenity, silent and a wonderful vieuw! nothing is missing, everything is there!
