Amazing and very spacious house . Excellent for families . It felt like our own home back home when relaxing with the family at night ! Our family of 4 with 2 young children had the most incredible stay for 9 days. Very clean facilities with multiple cleanings throughout the stay. Stunning views from all the various balconies and terraces . Just steps away from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sfakia - Orthi Ammos - and a short 2 minute drive to the castle and beach of Frankgokastello . The owners George and Artemis were very responsive and attentive and would respond within minutes. Top notch hospitality and company. They also rent their own rooms Ledakis Studios also in Frankgokastello, which is attached to their own taverna/restaurant. Our children absolutely loved the playground and toys there. Undoubtedly one of the best if not the best tavernas in all of Frankgokastello and Sfakia with home cooked food, gyro and grilled local meat. Their tsikoudia and personal Cretan olive oil are a must try. We were so happy to have found it for rent this year. We will be back and are already counting down the days until next summer! Thank you for everything .

The location is perfect, about max 10 minutes walk to the beach. The house is perfect for 4 persons, and very clean. The cleaning service in every few days is an added bonus. The lady at the property is just as a second grandma for the stay -always helpful, friendly, bringing fruits as well. Everything worked excellent. If we come to Crete again, we would like to stay again. Clear recommendation from us.

Great Location near a wonderful beach perfect for a relaxing holiday. In the small supermarket, which is within walking distance, you can get everything you need for everyday use. The nearby tavern convinces with delicious food.

Vi var på jakt etter ett rolig sted, langt fra Platanias hektiske turist område. Vi ønsket å ha ett bosted godt egnet som utgangspunkt for natur og isolerte strand opplevelser. Kioni Villas var perfekt. Nærhet til fjell og kystområdene både sørøst og vest. Lokale tavernaer og stille strender, likevel er det muligheter for parasollstrender og små byer med flere men enkle fasiliteter for de som ønsker det. Leiebil er nødvendig, og du må være noenlunde rutinert sjåfør, da veiene er av ulik kvalitet. For å komme til supermarket må du kjøre ev gå/løpe 4km:) Hyggelige utleier, vennlige svarter hurtig på melding. Vi møtte ikke Katerina personlig, men Maria på tavernaen var alltid tilgjengelig.

Very nice apartment, well equipped and large enough. The nearest beach is within walking distance: 250 meters to the trail and 700 meters to the stairs. There are a couple of taverns on the way to the beach. The hostess Athena is very pleasant and helpful. She helped us a lot with different questions. It is perfect for family vacation.
