Very cosy apartment - more like a house, lovely sitting room with fireplace and upstairs bedrooms. The accomodation is in a secluded location but well located as it is very close to a good major road to explore the area (don't be discouraged, road noise is negligible if at all present) and close to a friendly village, and can also be combined as a base for visiting the nearby Sao Mamede park area in Portugal (the border is just a few minutes away). The garden and swimming pool area are great (unfortunately we visited out of season so still too chilly to swim), you wake up listening to all the birds. You can also have a walk in the wooded area which is part of the property, or start a hike directly from your doorstep. Very friendly host, went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Recommended base for the area, lots of beautiful nature spots and prehistoric sites in the area and Caceres (should you wish to visit a city) just an hour away.

Everything was perfect. The terrace under the oak trees is magical. Area around the house is very quiet and you could start several beautiful hikes just right there. House is beautiful, has a nice rustic vibe, and at the same time it has all needed facilities - toaster, proper oven, everything for cooking and comfortable life. Just take same salt and oil with you - kitchen doesn't have any products besides coffee, probably for hygienic reasons.

The hospitality was amazing, the concept of the hotel is amazing and the honors can make amazing things with that "slowly"😊 and always without losing the contact and the friendship with the guests, using the rest days and the frame. You can do great things and improve your retreat that your space for itself have, that you created of course. Not missing your rooms so confortable and the nature surrender. Thank you for everything! We love it!
