It is a very generously designed ground floor new building, where everything is extremely clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Iván is a nice host with a very fair approach. Meeting him and his family was very pleasant. You can also meet a local pet here - a cat named Chloe (plus several other cats from the neighborhood). She is very demanding and definitely the most competent inspector of the contents of the refrigerator on the island :-)

Approximity to the sea, we are swimmers it was amazing...house itself was like a church,spacious lots of terraces,2 great bathrooms owner was very helpful and always available.We spent great time,everything went smoothly from start to end...restaurant in the village is no.1....wherever we went,we couldn't find better!fantastic holiday,definitely going back!Thank you Felipe

Best property we ever stayed in (and we did travel a lot). True 10 out of 10. Every detail is perfectly arranged with great taste. We thought we are obsessed with cleanness and keeping things in place but Javiers house showed us an example. Also Javiers welcome and farewell procedures show another meaning of the words “dear guests”. Not to mention perfect grilling place, sunsets on the balconies, refreshing swimming pool and good bicycles in the garage. Location is close enough to the beach to enjoy morning walks every day. Two supermarkets are reachable 5 min by car or 30 mins on feet. Cannot recommend enough.
