The host met us to hand over the keys and to explain the apartment to us. There are a few technical issues with the water and electricity system, but nothing challenging - one just needs to know. We had few issues with appliances during our stay, but the host was very attentive and got them replaced within a few hours. Overall, we were very happy with Geoff as our host. The house itself was spotless clean. We really appreciated that. The kitchen was really well equipped, in particular with the usual consumables: salt, pepper, sugar, dish washing liquid, kitchen roll. It pretty much offered almost all one could wish for (see suggestions in the negative part). We were able to properly cook some nice dinners. In general, I would say the house was very well equipped. The quality of the internet was also a positive surprise, pretty much 20Mbit/s all the time. The views from the garden are quite stunning and sitting outside in the morning sun, drinking coffee is a good way to start ones day. The garden had sun bed and hammock, which we were able to utilise on one day. It also contains a drying line. The shower had really good pressure and offered two ways of heating water: electric and solar. We never run out of hot water, which was a real pleasure. The village itself is quite central located to explore La Gomera by car. It also has a small super market (not all villages do). I think think there is very little that one could possible add to improve the quality of the house.

The quiet and peaceful location in the rough nature of La Gomera was breathtaking. Izik and Shirley were very kind and gave me a ton of tipps to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and hiking tours. I would love to come back soon for another beautiful and relaxing holiday.

The accomodation was clean, had a complete inventory (large well equiped kitchen) and it was in a good location for hiking and relativily close to a supermarket (by car). The garden is beautiful and the house is close to the dragontree. We took a short walk one evening to see the tree. Because of the hight (800m) it was a bit cold in the evening, but there is a airconditioning for heating and also a seperate heater. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recomment it highly to other guests.

The house is of a god size and bright, with a nice bedroom and well sized living room. However, the bets part of the property is the terrace that has a nice view on the sea and it is provided with all furniture to enjoy it. The house is located in a very quiet area, extremely peaceful and relaxing. There is a proper parking space and it is just a few minutes drive from the beach, some restaurants and supermarkets. It is also in a good location to visit other amenities like the national park.

The House was great for our family of 5 adults. Three nice big bedrooms, two had a shared balcony with a great view of the sunrise in the morning. The master bedroom had it's own bathroom. It even had an extra toilet downstairs, which was great because one of us got sick and had to get up a lot at night. The house was furnished nice with a comfertable couch in the livingroom and a nice TV. The outdoor space was amazing. The kitchen was OK - it had a toaster, water kettle, coffe maker and microwave, but no dishwasher. Even if the location is above town and you need a car to get everywhere, it was a very peaceful place. And it was a nice and clean aerea. It was easy to park on the street close to the house. The shared pool was also very nice and clean, though it is not heated. It held a temperature 18-19 degrees while we were there at Christmas. We did go swimming anyway. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. We communicated easily with Emilio and Xana on WhatsApp, they were both very friendly.

Great comfortable villa. Full of interesting things. Lots of spaces for people to lounge or play. Good pool. Pool and table tennis. Fantastic location for peace and views. Easy access to path down to the village (steep coming back up!) Agent easy to contact and very responsive.
