I was satisfied with evrything. Mohammed, the owner, was honest, kind and he helped me with sightseeing. The house is located a close area of west bank of Nile river, and there are a public ferry port in a distance of 10- minute walk to cross to the east bank. The room is spacious and clean and I relaxed with seeing beautilful garden and listening to crying of cows. Everthing is equiped , a microwave, a frige, an electnonic pot, and even a washing machine. I really recommend to stay this wonderful Villa Dellita .

We liked everything! It’s an exceptional villa freshly refurbished and stunning. The views and location are incredible from the roof top. We ordered a delicious and very generous breakfast from the hosts every morning and also had a fantastic dinner. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly and a pleasure to talk too. I can’t recommend this Egyptian gem more highly!

Villa in itself was very spacious and private, it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room. It had air conditioning which was great for the hot weather. The shops were also a walking distance. The host, Momo, was friendly and readily available in case we needed his help and was able to arrange hot air balloon for us. He could also arrange other tours to the sites in case needed.

Lots of small shops and eatout area's along the nile if hungry. Villa comes with private pool, 2 bedrooms, shower and bath and large living/dining/kitchen area. Gardener comes every few days early to clean pool and outside for you. I have been coming to Egypt for many years and this is the best yet. Honestly can't wait to come back.

The resort is massive they even have a mini zoo. Wish I could’ve stayed longer than less than 24 hours! They even had some fruit for me on a plate.
