They truly care about your experience. Linh was amazing, she was so helpful and made it seem like a 5 star resort with here service. Sala was great at the bar. Recommend.

Beautiful views of the bay, staff were extremely accomodating and helpful when booking bay cruise and taxis. Room was excellent, spacious and very well kept. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Pool area and bar were perfect to relax.

They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!

The experience on the M'Gloria cruise has been a dream, there was a big attention to details, from the room to the service at the restaurant. Sofia was always present and ready to satisfay our request as well as our guide Huy who deligthed us with very interesting informations about Halong Bay Highly reccomended cruise!

Hermes Cruises features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Ha Long. With a bar, the property also has massage services, as well as barbecue facilities. Accomodation was comfortable. Tommy’s team were all great hosts and made us feel like at home. The ship is above-average when you see the rest around the bay. Good price-quality.

We had an excellent stay in Halong Bay. but a special mention for Alice who was in contact with us throughout the stay and who helped us make this experience exceptional.
