Beautiful views of the bay, staff were extremely accomodating and helpful when booking bay cruise and taxis. Room was excellent, spacious and very well kept. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Pool area and bar were perfect to relax.

We had an excellent stay in Halong Bay. but a special mention for Alice who was in contact with us throughout the stay and who helped us make this experience exceptional.
