The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, rooftop bar was spectacular and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Hanoi’s Old Quarters. But most of all we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was. They definitely went above and beyond to cater our needs, help with transportation and even book a last minute massage. Big thanks to My Lee who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

The buffet breakfast is incredible and super complete. the location is perfect. The hotel restaurant has a 180° panoramic view of the city that is unmissable. We would definitely choose them again. We had an excellent time!
