Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested. Stunning room set into the rock (but still built with stone bricks) and in a central location, about 10 minutes walk from the lookout hill. The restaurant was exceptional (quality of food, service and value) and the pool and spa facilities was a real standout. The pool was built into the rock!

The views are great. There were several good restaurants around, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The sunset observatory is also very close. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. All of my friends who went with me were very satisfied. If I go to Goreme again, I will stay at this hotel.

I loved everything about my stay, including the beautiful and unique cave room, the view from the multiple terraces, the breakfast buffet, the spa, and the very friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful, but I didn't use it because of the weather.

This place is conveniently located in Uchisar, making it close to good food joints, hot air balloon take-off/landing areas and several valleys in Cappadocia. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Uchisar castle and a swing chair to enjoy it from. The staff is very hospitable and always available to make your stay comfortable and memorable. If I ever return to Cappadocia, this place would be my goto.
