Staff is insanely friendly and helpful and not even one person with a bad look on the face once. Top notch room service, delicious milkshakes and food. Really would give 11 if i could. Oh and the breakfast was amazing. Most diverse ive ever seen. They even come to your table to ask if they should bring you something or make a coffee. Definately coming again with my girlfriend!

I honestly didn't want to leave. Front desk staff, especially Tarek, were phenomenal! He went above and beyond with his service.
