Everything .. the location in relation to theme park, the water park, the dolphin show, the attention to details, the focus on children, the focus on adults as well, I loved the little detail that staff are very polite and not hinting for tips all the time, the room cleaning service, the resteurant is also great .. the breakfast is as described by other reviwers (amazing) the waiters are very polite and choices are endless .. the kids activities are also very nice, the clowns shows are almost daily and very creative.. The front desk staff were great; Special mention to Fatiha for her great communication skills and extreme politeness and her efforts to make our stay extra special. The dolphin show, and Nemo resturant are a must. The italian resteurant is good also. The wifi is great in the hotel with great speed. Water games are amazing with great variability to all ages.

Hotel is designed with every single detail for you to have a peaceful, comfortable stay in a warm environment. exceptional hotel for the price, they have free breakfast, free pool, free gym, free sauna room. free 2 bottles of water in room. lunch and dinner buffet is only $15. I paid for a massage it was good too! highly recommend
