Very polite and professional staff. Best hotel we could choose for our stay. Great breakfast. I definitely recommend the hotel for stay in Florence.

Dinners are posh and need a reservation. The pool has a magnificent view, though the water is a bit too cold. Staff was great, very helpful and nice.

Located in the Tuscan countryside 4 km from San Gimignano, the Mormoraia features an outdoor pool with hot tub, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. amazing views and room! the staff was exteemely friendly!

Location was perfect easily walked from the train station and around Florence. Our room was gorgeous and very clean and comfortable. The outdoor garden was so peaceful and a great place to sit and relax after walking about. My daughter and I enjoyed the spa with jacuzzi tub and sauna. Cappuccino machine in the office was a plus! Yogurt ,water and juice in our fridge free of charge.Lorenzo was a great host and we would highly recommend his accommodations.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. This location is a must. Hands down the best breakfast spread we had on our vacation, and the best I’ve ever encountered. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Sofia at breakfast was especially kind. The room was gorgeous, the property is amazing. Clean, enchanting, Tuscano at its finest.
