This is a real gem. Family run with warm welcome. The staff, facilities, atmosphere and location are perfect. Friendly reception, great breakfast, lovely view from our room. Lush garden with plenty of sun-beds. Warm swimming pool and thermal bath - all very relaxing. We loved it.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Agapanto Luxury Accommodation offers accommodation in Ischia, garden with BBQ facilities, a hot tub and a herb and citrus area. Luca, our host, was so welcoming, helpful and even assisted us with a pick up from the port. He provided great tips on what to visit, how to get around. Some of the highlights were the views from the terrace, warm jacuzzi, lounge chairs and fantastic breakfast served in the morning. We felt so at home!

Loved it! not fancy but so welcoming, very calm and relaxing with an amazing view and the best food we had in all of Ischia. Can't wait to go back

Offering panoramic sea views from its hilltop position, Paradise Relais Villa Janto' is 2 km from Casamicciola Terme’s centre, on Ischia Island. Beautiful location with views everywhere on the hotel! Extremely helpful English speaking reception, and very nice staff in general! Great breakfast with a lot of options. Nice relaxing environment. The evening restaurant was really nice and romantic with best view of the island, but expensive. We could rent a scooter for just 25€ that was delivered to the hotel so that we could explore the island the best way possible.

Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. Everything. Excellent hotel. The staff is friendly. The facilities are top notch. A very unique experience. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing. Everything is in good taste and with a lot of thought. High value for money.

Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa is set in the centre of Ischia and offers free WiFi throughout, a private beach, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Naples. The breakfast which was included in our rate was outstanding ! The staff couldn’t do enough for us! You can tell they all enjoyed working there! I love the heated pool,steam room and sauna! I didn’t get to use the massage services there we were too busy touring the island and it’s beaches.

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time.
