This place exceeded my expectations. It had almost everything that you would need for your stay. Pool was just amazing. Special call out to the amazing staff whom we came across here. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was just amazing. I would definitely stay here in future.

Nahee and the restaurant team were excellent. Soby as GM and Manoj as DGM were outstanding. The staff have a shared tip jar which is good.

Alleppey'de Thumpoly Plajı'na 300 metre mesafede yer alan Noel's beach homestay özel plaj alanı, ücretsiz özel otopark ve bahçe ile konaklama imkanı sunmaktadır. Noel was wonderful. He took such good care of us. His family was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and cozy. It was lovely to see the ocean from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Noel even helped us the day after we stayed at his place because we had trouble finding a reliable cab. We were so thankful that he arranged it and helped us the whole time we were in Kerala. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

One of the best booking experience ever. Biju and his family are great hosts, they take care about every details. Location is very peaciful with wonderful view. Make sure you try food there. :)
