This place exceeded my expectations. It had almost everything that you would need for your stay. Pool was just amazing. Special call out to the amazing staff whom we came across here. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was just amazing. I would definitely stay here in future.

Nahee and the restaurant team were excellent. Soby as GM and Manoj as DGM were outstanding. The staff have a shared tip jar which is good.

He took such good care of us. His family was very accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and cozy. It was lovely to see the ocean from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Noel even helped us the day after we stayed at his place because we had trouble finding a reliable cab. We were so thankful that he arranged it and helped us the whole time we were in Kerala. We would definitely stay here again!

O Forte Kochi é um hotel histórico de luxo que oferece acomodações 5 estrelas na Princess Street (rua), em Fort Kochi. Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

If you’re thinking about staying at Munnar Minds Homestay, don’t hesitate to book it! My husband and I spent two nights here and and it’s the perfect quiet place in the hills around Munnar. The city itself and all of the viewpoints are just a tuk tuk or car ride away, but you get the peace and relaxation of being in the mountains. We loved sitting out on the balcony and hearing the birds. And the room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our stay was also really positively impacted by the family feel of the place. They treated us like their own relatives- making sure we had a ride to an early morning hike, providing coffee and tea, an excellent breakfast, water, etc. We were very well taken care of and appreciated how kind everyone in the family is. We would highly recommend you stay here to get the most out of your Munnar experience.

I booked this place for my parents (Mom and Dad) in India for their trip to Munnar. They were happy and mentioned they had a pretty comfortable stay at this place. It had great views. Thomas is a good host, and prepared good food for them.
