All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome - they also helped us with reserving restaurants. The room was beautiful, the roof top terrace was an amazing place to spend our days and the spa was gorgeous.

The location of the hotel for its proximity to the beach which is great and also to many shops, bars and restaurants. The area is lively yet not very noisy so no issues even though Mega Park is just across. The hotel is great, spacious and with great facilities - loved the pools with salty water! Rooms are spacious, kept spotlessly clean and bed and linen provide top quality sleep! Astonishing variety and quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Service is impeccable, staff professional, kind and organized in flawless manner. We simply couldn’t find the rationale beyond the 4 stars, because it felt really like 5 stars in all aspects. Can’t wait to come back!

We were met so warmly. The hotel seems to be not new but well-maintained and managed. The breakfast is great, sauna and inside pool are pleasure to visit. Great beds, towels, compliments, constant feeling of being valuable guest. Gloria, the lady in kids club is great, lovely person - my almost teens spent hours with Gloria, she kept them busy and happy (now they want to visit again because of Gloria). I would happily repeat the experience once I am in the area.

Price of 15 euros each person was a bit off putting as we did not want a lot to eat . Hotel exceptional for comfort , peace and relaxation . Room booked was a junior suite and it lived up to our expectations. Room very clean .

This is characterised by the stylish bar, but can also be seen by the pool, within the refined restaurant and in the elegant spa facilities. wonderful staff, great breakfast. We fortunately received an upgrade on arrival which was very sweet. The room was well lit and decorated. It was a bit cold during the evenings, but we found a comforter, so that was fine.
