The Seehotel Das JO. in Pörtschach offers a private beach with deck chairs and sunshades right on the shore of Lake Wörth, only a few metres away. Great location by the lake, amazing Magnolia restaurant, view of the lake from sauna, friendly staff. We will come back!

Hotel Post Wrann är ett traditionellt hotell med över 200-åriga anor, som ligger i centrala Velden, bara ett stenkast från kasinot och sjön Wörthersee. WiFi erbjuds utan extra kostnad i hela hotellet.... The breakfast had a rich choice of different foods. The room was quite big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was not far from the hotel and it was not crowded. We also had a very good parking place for our car. The pizza and the fish in the restaurant were very tasty, we had dinners only there.

Det 4-stjärniga, lyxiga Seehotel Europa ligger i en 3 hektar stor, privat park, bara ett stenkast från sjön Wörthersee och centrala Velden. Hotellet har en privat strand. Beautiful setting on the lake in a charming small town that is easily accessed by train. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best ever and the evening restaurant food was excellent. The indoor pool, saunas and spa services were just what weary travelers needed!

The rooms are dark and quiet so you can sleep well. The breakfast is extensive and the coffee good. After your day hiking or cycling you can relax on a sun lounger in the orchard, go for a swim or enjoy the excellent sauna. The location is outside of Velden so you do need a car. We were also able to charge the car and our E-bikes. They also have plenty of staff so you never have to wait to order a drink and the room was cleaned every day.
