The spa facilities were great, with two saunas and a indoor lounge area, great for relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and breakfast were of high quality.

I especially want to mention the breakfast - this was the best breakfast offer I have seen for a very long time, and I travel a lot! The people involved in the breakfasts are doing a great job! (If someone complains about the price - the price is completely reasonable, you have dozens and dozens of options for a salty or sweet breakfast, hot or cold, healthy or unhealthy - the buffet is super fresh and the dishes are tempting to look at) The room (n°47) was absolutely perfectly cleaned, top-notch cleanliness without a single speck awaited us, it can be seen that the maids are extremely careful, we owe them our big thanks for the beautifully prepared room! The room itself is bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are fragrant. Valentina and Phillipa 🪻cosmetics is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect choice for hotel guests. For the first time in my life I was so excited for a hotel body wash&lotion. It smells like heaven! The pool on hot evenings was really appreciated. Information on what to do and where to go was plentiful. Really great place to stay in a fantastic part of Austria.
