- Location wise very great, located just behind sun plaza or 5 mins walking - Reception very helpful, Nam especially very thoughtful offering assistance with motorbike rental, all necessary information you need during your stay. They even upgraded me to Premium Deluxe Room - Breakfast option really amaze me and it was tasty! They serve pho also during breakfast time - I arrived by sleeper bus at 4AM, they let you wait in the lobby and use their shower room in 4th floor just in front of the swimming pool. They also provide locker you can use - A litte tip is to book yourself a room at Deluxe or Premium Deluxe which overlook to the mountain and fansipan monorail train!

Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

The breakfast choice was superb. We ate in the restaurant a few nights too and they were really accommodating for us as vegetarians. This is a very special place.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is really friendly! We came quite early in the morning with the night bus and as our room was already ready we were able to check in earlier. The food is great. The hotel organized a scooter (150k) and a driver to sapa (250k) for a great price. Also, I had a relaxing massage in the spa. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. The room was large and clean, they offered us free breakfast (which was excellent quality) and a free drink at the rooftop cafe (which has incredible views and makes lovely drinks!). This hotel has everything you would need for a stay in sapa and exceeded all expectations given the very good price. If you’re coming to sapa stop wasting time looking at hotels and book this one!
