Beautiful room we enjoyed very much, delicious and plenty food, Minh was very kind and fun cruise manager. It was hard to choose among the 1000+ options but this is def a great option. Lunch and dinner are set menus and breakfast and brunch are buffet with tons of choices. Beverages are expensive, but water is included in the meals. They give you enough water all the time in every activity too.

The room design and scenery are very beautiful. Every meal is delicious, and every staff member is very attentive. Especially after Boo knew that my husband was uncomfortable with his stomach, he sent him hot ginger Lemonade and prepared delicious food for my vegetarian diet. We all enjoyed the cruise

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful views of the bay, staff were extremely accomodating and helpful when booking bay cruise and taxis. Room was excellent, spacious and very well kept. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Pool area and bar were perfect to relax.

Exellent!!! The staffs are very friendly and helpful! They helped us to book the tour and suggested us some famous places for tourists. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The wifi is strong is big plus point!

Accomodation was comfortable. Tommy’s team were all great hosts and made us feel like at home. The ship is above-average when you see the rest around the bay. Good price-quality.

The cruise ship was amazing. Rooms were beautifully decorated, just like the picture. I wish we could have done a 2 night cruise instead to allow for more relax time but we managed to find a good balance on the overnight cruise. Busy first day of activities - kayaking through two caves, swimming, happy hour, spring roll cooking class was a hit with the kids, as was the mini golf upstairs. Beautiful food for every meal and Mr Happy, our cruise director, was so lovely and really went out of his way to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Special thanks to Ms Alice Nguyen, our sales executive from Rita Cruises, who was fabulous with her communication on email and What’s App in the lead up to our cruise, and even came to meet with us in person at our hotel afterwards to give us a little gift to say thanks for choosing their company. We loved the cruise and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a Halong Bay cruise. This one went to Lan Ha so a bit further than Halong where there were less boats and some crystal clear water as many parts of Halong Bay unfortunately are littered with plastic.

Great and spacious villa and good services by the accommodation staff. We only wondered why the kitchen didn't have plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen essentials like kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid etc. While there is a microwave and oven to prepare food.

This was one of the highlights of our trip in Vietnam! The boat, the staff, the activities, the view, the food, everything was awesome! We started our journey with Scarlet Pearl from Hanoi when they picked us up in their7 seater van they call limousine. Very comfortable with reclining seats. (The usb was not working in all seats unfortunately to charge the phone). When we arrived at the port, we were escorted to a private area for check-in and had time to check around the station and then we took a speed boat to get to the yacht. We were taken care by the boat Manager Chris who was great! We headed to lunch (great choice of options at the buffet respecting our dietary choices) and then we went to our rooms which were spacious, very clean and very comfortable! They offered several activities during the afternoon: cave exploration by kayaking or fisherman’s boat, then swimming, trampoline on the sea, kayaking around the boat in the bay. This was followed by a fun cooking class and happy hour. Dinner was a seafood 5 service menu which was delicious! Dinner was followed with a fishing session that the kids appreciated although we were unlucky to catch anything… then a movie in their lounge room. The next day we had an early start with Tai Chi session, light breakfast and a catamaran outing to discover some of the islands then back for a nice brunch and then check-out. all of this is included in their price which was a great surprise. We stayed one night only but heard from groups staying two night that there are several other activities planned including discovering some secluded beaches. The entire staff was great, accommodating and very helpful!
