The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. They were able to store my luggage after checking out, until I caught the shuttle service back to LAX few hours later. This was very helpful as I could relax for few more hours in the lounge and not have to leave the hotel. Breakfast was great with options. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and having a living space makes it so much easier with a family. There are plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner spots nearby and a huge Whole Foods to get what you need for your stay. The kids enjoyed the big outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is huge! They also do rooftop movie nights which we didn't get a chance to do but looked amazing.

Nice and helpful staff. Fast shuttle to Lax. Our family used it to chill out/buffer before taking our flight back to Europe after 4 weeks on the road. it worked very well for that as we could drop the car the day before and relax in the pool till flight time. good breakfast.
