property is nice and comfortable and fully equipped with anything you might need! we enjoyed making our own BBQ in the evenings! location is perfect as well, only 5 min walk to the beautiful coco beach.

Location is great. very quiet and not crowded. Parking is included and nearby. The beach is very close. Facilities are a tiny bit old but not a big deal. Basketball court was fun. Condo was a bit old, but it was clean and comfortable enough, it was also well furnished. Its good value for money. Didn't interact a lot with the staff (except to do some changes), so no real feedback to provide from that perspective.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Room is exceptionally clean. Room is equippped with everything you need. There is fridge, microvawe, cup-coffemaker, desk and there are even USB charges built in the wall. I didn't see clock though. AC is operational and doesn't have nasty smell like other hotels. Breakfast is included and you can make your own waffles!!! Personnel is very friendly and warm welcoming. I travelled by EV and needed a charge overnight. They offered me socket outlet to charge my car overnight for free!!! There is laundry on each floor and an elevator. Laundry accept quarters which can be obtained on frontdesk and soap is for purchase as well. Hotel has a shuttle to cruise port.
